Correct. There's a flat $150 one-time setup fee, and then your monthly (or yearly) plan. No multi-thousand-dollar invoice to build the site.
Most sites go live within a few days once we have your photos and the details about your business. That's usually the slowest part — so after you sign up, we send you a simple checklist that makes it painless.
Already have a domain (like yourbusiness.com)? We'll connect it to your new site for you — no extra charge. Don't have one yet? We'll help you pick and register one. A domain is a small yearly fee (usually around $15–20) paid in your name, so you always own it. Either way, you don't have to figure out the technical side.
Your Premium plan covers building, hosting, and maintaining your online store or booking system. Checkout runs on a secure provider such as Square, which charges its own per-sale processing fee (and, for larger stores, a monthly platform fee). Those fees go directly to the provider and are separate from your monthly plan — and we never see or store your customers' card details.
Your site is part of your subscription and stays live for as long as you're a member. Want to own it outright one day? A buy-out is available — just ask.
Monthly plans have a short 3-month minimum — after that, cancel anytime by email and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Annual plans are prepaid for the year. The one-time setup fee isn't refundable.
Your plan includes a couple of small content changes each month — updating your hours, prices, or contact info, swapping a few photos, or adding a seasonal offer (roughly up to 30 minutes of work). Bigger jobs — new pages, design changes, or new features like a store or online booking — are new work, so we'll always give you a quick quote first before doing anything.
